DGPro Consultants (QuantRes)

My first official full-time job as a computer programmer. I was hired in November of 2018 to be a full stack web developer for internal apps at a quantitative stock marker trading firm. My main projects are the Nash Management system (Lunch frontend and backend, and backend throughout), and Mapping (entire application).

Projects:

Nash Management (lunch)

Users can book lunch, choose their menu options, rate the recipes, see the nutrition, and set their dietary profile.

The chef can create recipes, copy recipes side by side and import them from Spoonacular, easily manage recipe versions, create ingredients and import them from USDA, and manage lunch attendance for the day, week, and month(s) in a scrollable calendar showing users’ menu selections and who is checking into the lunch room in real time.

Admin can manage all users’ bookings and their location, create custom or randomized seating layouts, view lunch attendance and recipe rating charts, and set other admin options.

Mapping

Lots of customizable settings including base layer, toggle between 2D and 3D, adjust daylight, toggle 3D buildings, time zones, borders and labels, and much more.

Users can categorize countries and states and track where they’ve been.

Real time updates of company employees status and location.

Users can create and edit trips, upload photos and drag / drop them between markers, create fly through animations, drag / drop markers across landscape and 3D terrain, set mode of transportation, and easily reorder their trip.

Display demographics and economics data from World Bank, adjust colors with a “winsorize” color legend, search over 17,000 indicators and save favorite indicators.

View live camera feeds from New Zealand.
